Last Sunday way my Aunt's birthday, she's the younger sister of my mom and I love her because she is like a second mother to me. :) So after my shift I headed to their place and guess what?  Man, I love birthdays! And who cares if I got all soaked up because of the heavy rain?

After I ate, my cousins asked me if we could drink a little so we could talk and catch things up.

No, not in that particular order! but I swear, I cant remember how many bottles of Beer, Rhum and brandy we nailed down! With them I always see a night of drinking as a marathon, not a sprint.

Recently, I noticed that I've been bloggin' 'bout where I've been,'bout foods, make up, nail polish and all that.

And I wonder, why blogging on line is more of the outfit or the nail polish of the day.
Does anybody of you here blogged 'bout how they really feel?
But no, I'm not talkin' 'bout EMO blog or anythin' like that, you know what I mean.
EMO blog means: "I'm so sad,,why did it happened." - "why me?" - " what's wrong with me?"
God knows how many bloggers I stopped following because of that. Hahaha

But you know, sometimes.. when speaking up becomes SO hard for you to do, writing it all down will be your next initial step.

My life has been so much of a teleserye and I wonder, ako naman palagi bida-pero ako lagi talo. Hahahah

I recently read on yahoo 'bout this young student who blogged 'bout killing/murdered a cat.
Yup,you read that right. He blogged 'bout how he killed the poor cat just because - he hates cat.

'I pulled it on its tail and threw it. Then like some pro wrestler I jumped on it and my feet landed on it's (sic) torso. Slam! Felt good! But the cat didn't die, well not yet,' the physics major wrote on his blog in April 2009.


'I didn't see it die but Myles (his friend) said it coughed up blood or at least something like that.... This isn't the first time I've killed a cat but this time it's different,' the student blogged. 'Now everyone knows I hate cats. It's an unexplainable feeling towards them. Like some internal hatred. I just don't know why but I just cannot overcome my hatred for cats.'

 Oh well, if only life is much easier like that- I would have pulled our neighbor (for being such a bitch) / My boyfriend's ex-girlfriend (for being flirt) / My boyfriend (for being stupid)  and his family (for being SO mean)  on its tail and threw it! Jumped on them, and my feet will land on their torso! Slam! I am the king of the world!

But no, hell no.. I hate them but I won't kill them like a cat. Hahah

I'm just acting like I am okay right now but God knows no.. but I don't wanna end up being EMO here! Haha

I'm on my 2nd bottle right now, far from being wasted and drunk but I can't wait to be.
Because when you're drunk, you feel no pain. Although you feel like crying, the pain is less real.

It's almost 4 am, I should be sleeping by now,gotta go back to the hotel. And guys, tomorrow, if I woke up late and haven't deleted this post yet..you don't really have to comment, Hahah you know, the thing on blogger, "comment and I'll comment back." hahaha we don't really have to do it all the time. It's enough for me that you read this one EMO entry, (inamin din) Hahaha..

Health Issue

Early today as I write this entry, I ain't still feeling  good. :(

My stomach is still going mad. I still feel dizzy and I still feel sick.

Yesterday, right before I went home I was brought in our company clinic because  of massive, liquid poop and I was already throwing up.

(Aiight,don’t read if you don’t want to read anything gross.)

Good News: I am not going to die.

Bad News: I ate something  with bad bacteria in it which causes me to throw up and stay inside the bath room for almost a day while on duty.

They were asking me what was the last thing I ate before it started.
I said breakfast, and breakfast means Cereal.

They all looked at me like "oh, c'mmon!"

So I said, "aiight I had fried rice and hotdog and bean sprout and coffee. I didn't cook it. My officemate bought it somewhere outside the building for me and I was too shy not to take it."

Nurse: "Outside the building means?"

I thought like, shit! So this is how it feels when you're in a hot seat and being asks by the FBI if you really committed a crime.

"Outside means, JolliJeep." I don't know why the fuck they called it Jollijeep.

And then the nurse started saying something but I was to weak and hazy to listen. She gave me mineral water and poured something in it that looks like a powdered orange juice and two capsules of leoparamide.

And then she said: " Inumin n'yo na po pati ung dalawang capsule. Pay day naman po ngayon Ma'am bakit po kayo nagtitipid? Bakit po kayo bumili ng pagkain sa JolliJeep.Hindi po malinis food doon at mukhang sensitive kayo sa mga gano'n,"

Oh wow, mahaderang nurse ito! I thought it was clear when I said that the food was given to me by my officemate and that I DID NOT bought it, but I was too tired to argue, and basically she was right.
We cannot guarantee any street food if it's clean or whatever, but I guess that's why it's called street foods hindi ba?

I am not a fan of street foods naman talaga (well,except for fishballs and kwek-kwek), but the food that was given to me was for free! She was just being kind enough to buy me because she knows that I only had cereal for breakfast. So, alangan naman palang sisihin ko pa siya at mag reklamo!

So I just took the medicine and said Thank you.

The loss of fluids through diarrhea can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalances.
So you should know what are the right foods to eat and what right liquid to intake.

• No to Gatorade or any energy drink. There's too much sugar in it.

• DO NOT take meds like Imodium. I was only given leoparamide because I was at work but when you are just at home, stay  and let all the shit out.

• Eat bananas and Apples. Bananas have high potassium content, which is excellent for replacing lost potassium. They also have a healthy balance of starch and fruit sugars that can help firm bowel movements. Rice and white or wheat toast should be served without added spices or butter, since fats and spices may prolong frequent or watery bowel movements. (link here)

Lastly, if you can stay away from street foods, please do so. Remember that even if it's sealed in a styro or plastic, it DOES NOT guareantee cleanliness and safetyness.

1. I had a beach life for almost FIVE years. Yes,almost five years. In a place where sun is freaking sunny haha, where seashore is always the good place to hang at, where sea is the shock absorber of emotions, where sand will be your best friend and where my summer love all started. :)

The Pier. I used to hangout a lot here. Memories? Beer. Marlboro red. Isaw. Balut. Blanket. Hip-hop music. Did I already mention beer? Haha yes! and a whole lot of beer.

2. There's a bamboo bench in front of the beach, in Tabo-o, (Misamis Occidental), that is my absolute favorite place on this planet. I have mentioned this in my about me  section, I was trying to look for an actual photo of it, but this is the least thing that I could have. Thank's Mark!

This is the old bamboo bench I'm talkin about. Nothing  looks amazing here actually,the sand is far from awesome, the water is not perfect. This place has been tortured by nasty people who have never, ever been aware that this  could have been a paradise, if only they treated it right. Now, I think its too late but still, I love this place. The sun rises and sets right in front of this bench. Nothin' beats that.

3. I cant swim. You  guys read that right. I cannot swim. Hahaha but I'm a water person, in a literal sense. Tell me who would not fall in love? Here.

4. He's my first love. ♥  TOINK! Hahaha That guy! oo siya! We used to hang out a lot way back. We've known each other like,really. I never thought he would like me, but when I went back here in manila, he said he loved me and that he cared for me which I didn't knew until it was too late. Okay! so much about it! Hahah NEXT!

5.  I smoke weed. Just kidding! Hahaha bet you drooled on that part! Hahaha. Yes, I have seen one, touched one, smelled one BUT I never, ever smoked one.

Cannabis is the name of the genus to which the plant belongs  and No! this ain't my backyard! hahaha

 If this herb has not been labeled as drugs, I might consider it as one of the beautiful plants I have ever seen. You gotta see the stem, touch it and smell it, man.. It's really amazing.! Now, what I'm tryin to say is # 5 random fact about me, I appreciate this plant. I love this plant. If I could legally plant it here in our country, I would. It would make a better Christmas tree. I guess. hahah

6.   There's only 2 person in this world who can make me happy, cry and mad at the same time.

Him. My boyfriend. & Her. My Sister. They can make me roll on the floor laughing & locked my self in the room crying.

7.  There's one brand of chocolate that I've been buying for 6 consecutive months now! Try it so you'll  know why!

Diet dilemma

Wasss crackin'?! Hope you guys are all good! :) Today was a busy day, been like this since last week but I thought that it's cool!  My sister/BFF told me, "the busier you are-the more you loose weight!" relevance? I don't know! but I believed her though. ☻

So in line with loosing weight topic.. It was my friend (has a body like J.Lo) who advised me to go on a water-yogurt diet and that means,just breakfast-no-lunch-and-dinner dilemma, only water and yogurt. You read that right,only water and yogurt. She said it has been her diet drama since she was 20 annd with all due respect- I tried.

 

But the question is.. Kinaya ba? hahaha.. ofcourse.. not!  Early after lunch, just when I'm about to convince my self that I can make it.. I saw my officemate bought a Paborito Meal in Mang Inasal, next thing I knew? I went down to buy one too.. with an extra rice! Hahah Ohmygawd! I love yogurt! I like how the taste lingers in my mouth specially the melon-nata flavored one! but hell no, I WILL NOT LET IT RUIN MY apetite for eating! Hahaha.

Movie review: Just go with it

Last night was a “reminiscing” night for me. LOL ☻

I was watching this romantic-comedy movie starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston.

You guys should watch this movie! It's awesome as any Sandler's movie! Plus Brooklyn Decker was there!

hot as evurr!

 She's pretty, she's blonde and look at her bode! who doesn't want to see her wearing this,and only this in big screen!? well, I don't. Hahaha 
Anyway, she played the role of Sandler's (who feigns an unhappy marriage to get women) love interest, and to prove the so called "unhappy marriage" He and Aniston (her assistant who's a single parent with two kids) had to pretend to be a-soon-to-divorce-couple. All is well until they both find out that they have already fell in love with each other.
Unforgettable lines: 

Aniston: Why me? I mean I'm not even 24, I'm not like her and two kids remember, two kids.

Sandler: That's exactly why. You're not her.

(Okay, that's not the exact words but it's something like that. hehehe)

annd, it was a reminiscning night because  I asked the same thing to someone four years ago, and He also answered thesame thing  But, unlike any other romantic movie, we didn't end up together, but it's fine, all good. Atleast, sometime in my life there was this someone who literally made me happy and made my summer the most memorable summer of my life, chos! :)

10 things I loove

I can’t believe it has been seven hours already. I’m here in the office working (yes, you read that right) I work on holidays, legal, special or whatever (lol) I have work on holy week, Christmas, New Years, Typhoon, earthquake… mann… I could have won the employee of the year awardees! LOL but then again, I haven’t been nominated yet. LOL

Soo, I got tagged by a blogger slash tweet mate Ellen to show you guys 10 things I love. What I love to eat, what I love to wear, what I love to do and what I love to buy! So basically, this entry might bore you but then again, I’m pretty bored right now that’s why I’m doing this so level-level lang at hawa-hawa lang ito! :)

Let’s start with:

1. shoes- I am not really brand conscious when it comes to shoes, as long as it's comfortable and it fits well then I'll be fine with it.  
2. Make up- I wear make up most of the time, it makes me feel and look good :) 
3. make up pouch-you can't hardly see the image because I think it's too small lol,but it's like a huge dice! I got it only for php50 at Divisoria 
4.accessories- I love 'em! whenever I visit any great places I make sure I'd buy any unique designs! I bough a lot the last time I went to Baguio,I think I will make an entry about that. *wink
5.nail polish-It's colorful and it's fun! My  NOTD always reflects my mood.

It's like a morning prayer. Can't start a day without it.

Okay. I'm not trying to convince you guys to try this or to try that.I'm not even doing a product review here, not even paid for this! lol but I just love POND'S! Been using this since I was twelve and the result just keeps on gettin' better! lol

Dream Catchers

I have a thing for dream catcher, I dont' why. Must be the colors, must be the fascinating design.

They say that the traditional dream catcher was intended to protect the sleeping individual from negative dreams, while letting positive dreams through. The positive dreams would slip through the hole in the center of the dream catcher, and glide down the feathers to the sleeping person below. The negative dreams would get caught up in the web, and expire when the first rays of the sun struck them.

This is the traditional one. It has been a part of Native American culture for generations.

This one has bright colors (which I loove) but a lot of people still prefer to buy the traditional one.

Dream Catcher Lore:

Native Americans believe that the night air is filled with dreams both good and bad. The dream catcher when hung over or near your bed swinging freely in the air, catches the dreams as they flow by. I bought one for my bed too. Silly, but I've been dreaming of weird things since I was eight.
I dreamt of me, being chased by group of brown monkeys but when I get to the cliff of the mountain, they will stop, fall in line like a choir and they sing unfamiliar songs in front of me.
I also dreamt of that I was in a sinking ship with my sister, dreamt of jumpimg over houses, dreamt of getting married, dreamt of getting stabbed at the back by unknown person, dreamt that  a new born baby died and dreamt that my father died in a very ackward kind.

I can't imagine how many  worse and absurd dreams I had! sigh! :(


Annd I don't know why.

Movie review: World Invasion: Battle Los Angeles

I'm not really into Alien-meet-human kind of movie. E.T. (The Extra Terrestrial,1982) was the last alien movie I saw and it's only because Drew Barrymore was there.
But out of boredom and insomniac last night, with instant pancit canton and a liter of Mountain dew,in a lazy couch,I joined my sister watching the World Invasion: Battle Los Angeles.

The story line:
Los Angeles and other cities around the world are being bombarded by meteors that seem to be slowing down once they hit the earth's atmosphere. The earth is suddenly being invaded by space aliens that have landed off the shore of LA, and who begin killing everybody along the beach. The military is ordered into action. Marine Staff Sergeant Nantz (Aaron Eckhart), who was about to retire, is reassigned to a new platoon. The platoon, flown by chopper to the forward operating base at Santa Monica Airport, is being led by a new 2nd Lt. Martinez (Ramon Rodriguez). They are sent on a mission to rescue some civilians who are trapped at the police station within alien territory. They only have 3 hours to complete their mission and get out before the Air Force bombs that zone.


Since I'm a spoiler:


I wonder, since aliens are after the water because they're using it for fuel.Why invade the cities at all? If they are after the water, they can just suck all the water off the oceans. They can just invade Hawaii or one of the oceans and not touch the cities at all.


In the tunnel scene, the team enters at night, but coming out of the tunnel it is full daylight outside.


These intelligent aliens have advanced laser weapons, but they can hardly hit their target, (marines in this platoon),whereas  marines were killing them left and right. 


The base of all Aliens, that is soo unbelievably huge got killed by one shot. cool.

Rated PG-13 for sustained and intense sequences of war violence and destruction, and for language.


Okay so, war movies is not a war movie without Michelle Rodriguez.

I guess that's one main reason why I decided to finish the movie trough out.
After all the side comments, it's still worth watching on a dateless night. 

C to Bee

Admit it, every time we dine out, be a five star or a food chain, we all wanted to be treated right. We all wanted our foods to be served right, because that's how we want it to be specially if you are from the 19th floor, went down to ground floor, even if you are really god damn hungry! because you are just craving for that food.


The drama was like, we fell on a really long line and ordered for a pork chaofan, churizo chaofan, asiado siopao and Wanton noodles,coke and Iced tea for drinks. We handed the money to the cashier when she told us the total bill.


" Wala po ba kayong smaller bill?" the cashier asked us with her most annoying and irritating voice.


We simply said " wala." anyway, hindi lang naman Kangkong ang inorder namin para mahirapan siya maghanap ng barya! annd for heaven's sake it was just P500.00!


And then she began punching out our order like a mad guy with matching nakanguso. 


My officemate then remembered that she wants her iced tea less ice, but she just ignored it and pretended like she didn't hear it. FINE. bitch! lol


Soo shortly after we were seated in the corner of the place, there came our ordered drinks and with my officemate's icedtea full of, guess what? ICE. 
And then our ordered food came almost 30 fucking minutes,without straw for our drinks, spoon and fork,tissues and condiments. as in WALA for everything.


So I waved my hand and asked their crew if they can kindly give us some spoon and fork but He just said, "Kuha na lang po kayo dito ma'am." He was pointing the condiments area that was just right beside him.We were at the very corner. WTF?

I was starting to get piss  so I called another crew to ask for condiments for the 2nd time, that gay said yes but we waited for 5 minutes and that green creature never came back. Luckily, the store manager was at the next table, she was kind enough to bring us what we need.


We were almost done with our foods when the gay crew passed by, we told him of the condiments that we asked him to bring us earlier, but in his most highest and sarcastic tone, he said " Sorry Ma'am! I forgot!" then left us, just like that.


I swear, that time I was thinking of the other food chain that was just beside where we ate.Their crew  never failed to  assists us right before and after we leave the counter,kahit na 39ers lang 'yung in-order namin.

Movie review: Forrest Gump

I've loved Tom Hanks in a 2000 drama film, Cast Away. I've admired him ever since.

And whenever I have time, I stay at home and watch his movies and my most favorite? 

Forrest Gump.

Tom Hanks' portrayal of Forrest Gump in the film Forrest Gump.

" Momma always had a way of explaining things so I could understand them.  She said: Life is a box of chocolates, Forrest. You never know what you're gonna get."

The 3 Idiots made me smile, but Forrest Gump made me cry and realized that there's more to life than bitterness and hatred, that life should be appreciated no matter how hard and cruel it is.

He have survived everything even he has been described as being an autistic savant.

So if he did, a normal being can survive neither and do better. Way better.

I have my own kind of dealing with everything in life. .

But I just wish I was like him, luck has always been with him.

And when it comes to being lucky, mayn.. I'm cursed.

My review:  Much awesome than my favorite pancit canton and hard-boiled egg! :)

Movie review: The 3 idiots

A lot of people don't know that I never finished college.They never ask anyway or I guess they never mind. All they know is that I came from a school where archers bleed green, and whenever I say that I was from that school they usually never bother to ask if I have finished college, they just smile at me and say "nice" so I never had a chance to say that I actually haven't yet.(Relevance? Lemme tell later)

So. . a minute ago I was blog hopping at blogs ng pinoy  and was able to saw this blog where she posted something about a movie which happened to be one of my favorite. . So I told my self, I have been inspired by this movie but I actually realized that I haven't posted anything yet 'about it.
So here it.. my post version of  The 3 Idiots.

Rancho (Aamir Khan) vanished after graduating college which left his friends Harman Joshi -( Raju Rastogi) and Adhavan - (Farhan Qureshi) wondering. Where did he go and why did he left? I'm not going to tell you guys (lol) because it will only lead you to more excitement. hehe better watch that movie and have your own review about it.My review? It would have been perfect minus the dancing-singing like a Glee thing! because that makes the movie lasts for almost 3 hours literally! hehe but honestly, when it comes to it's full story, I know you will probably get inspired just as much as I did.


I like the way how the movie try to say that It ain't the diploma, the school uniform or the honors that you get that makes you a better person now or in the near  future,well yes apparently, it would have been better if you have gone to school because your diploma is like your twin identity  but still,  It ain't should be a measure of dignity (chos) and morality.We go to school to learn, not to boast the uniform you're wearing. We go to school for one purpose and it shouldn't be to put other's down just because they haven't been where you have been.

 I know a lot of you have been familiar with the misleading answer to a simple question ..like,

"Where you from?"

" Ateneo."

Dude, we're askin' where you from not where school you are from because it's actually obvious from your tote bag and shirt that you're wearing. :|

and yes, it happens.. a lot.
